Drafted on the initiative of the Syndicat des Tubes et Raccords en PVC/STR PVC (PVC/STR PVC Piping and Connections Syndicate), it sets forth recommendations for ensuring that pallets are intact when they arrive at client premises (distributors or laying companies) and that all operations are carried out safely.
